Request to wear masks

Although the classification of COVID-19 has been downgraded, and wearing masks is now a personal choice, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare continues to recommend wearing masks in clinics and hospitals to prevent infections among those at high risk of severe COVID-19.

Our clinic serves many elderly patients, individuals with weakened immune response, and those using immunosuppressive drugs for rheumatic diseases.

To protect these vulnerable individuals, to protect you and your loved ones, and to protect our staff who are dedicated to your health, we continue to request that masks be worn inside the clinic.

If you are not wearing a mask, our staff will kindly remind you to do so. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Appointment process and visit flow

1. Make an appointment

Our online appointment system below is currently available only in Japanese.

To make an appointment in English, please choose from the following three options. Please choose a date and time carefully. If you have two or more consecutive cancellations, we may decline further appointments.

Call us (03-5875-8828) during our office hours.
Office hours: (Mon ~ Thu) 9:00~13:00 / 15:00~18:30, (Sat) 9:00~14:00

(2) LINE
Add our official LINE account as a friend and send us a LINE message with your name, phone number, purpose of, and preferred date/time for your visit.

(3) E-mail
Please include your name, phone number, purpose of, and preferred date/time for your visit. It may take us three business days or longer to respond, depending on the situation.

2. Pre-visit online health inquiry

Once your appointment is made, you will be guided to complete an online health inquiry form prior to your visit.

3. Clinic visit

When visiting for the first time, please arrive at the clinic 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment for registration.

4. Physician's assessment

A physician will conduct an interview, perform a physical exam, and order laboratory or imaging tests as necessary.

5. Check out

At the end of your visit, please go to the reception desk for check-out. A wide variety of cashless payment options are available.

If you have registered your credit card for online payment, you could minimize your waiting time for check out. At the end of your visit, clinic will charge the credit card you have registered. Once the billing is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with a medical statement/medical expense invoice attached. Credit card needs to be registered at every visit (credit card information will not be retained after each visit) for security reasons.

About pre-visit online health inquiry

Once your appointment is made, you will be guided to complete an online health inquiry form prior to your visit.

The pre-visit online health inquiry not only reduces your time in the clinic but also provides a more relaxed environment for you to recall and record details that might be forgotten during a face-to-face meeting with a physician. This helps ensure that no important symptoms or information about your health are missed.
